Postage within UK: Carries an extra charge of £3.00 for orders under £50.00 in goods value.
Delivery by First Class post, Special Delivery or Parcel Force for heavy goods.
Typical cost for one tennis, squash or badminton racket next day delivery in mainland uk: £7.00. Two rackets £9.00.
Postage outside UK: Carries an extra charge, depending on weight, size and country.
Delivery by Parcel Force Air Mail Global Value or any other available service in 5 to 8 working days. Global Priority or Global Express available on request.
Typical cost for one tennis, squash or badminton racket to the Netherland under 1 kg : £23.00 including insurance.Small Packet air mail service available worldwide provided the packet is under 2 kg and the size of a Shoe Box, about 90 cm circumference.
In recent years Parcel Force increased charges due to Volumetric size.
Any tennis, squash or badminton racket are too long ( 70 cm ) to be charged as a Small Packet.
Terms: Mail Orders and Returns
Any order on the internet, phone or fax must be clear with all specific technical details to prevent errors on a purchase.
Errors or shortages must be notified in 3 working days of receipt of goods.Non delivery must be notified within 5 days, otherwise the customer will be deemed to have received the goods.
Goods correctly sent but unwanted can be returned for credit no longer than 7 days after delivery at the customer's expense. Gefen Sports will offer replacement goods in that case at customer's delivery expense.There must be a good reason to return unwanted goods. Any credit card purchase will be credited in full, less 3%.Debit card, Chepues or TT payments will be credited in full.
There is no credit or refund for goods and delivery ordered incorrectly by the customer, unless agreed with Gefen Sports.
If unwanted goods returned have been used, or damaged they will be rejected, unless agreed with Gefen Sports for lower refund or replacement value.
Out of stock goods can be specially ordered, but the onus is on the customer once the order is confirmed as special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
