Terms: Mail order and Returns of stringing machines, new or second hand.

New or second hand stringing machine sent correctly as requested by the customer, but unwanted for some reason can be returned as bought for credit after 7 days of delivery at the customer's expense.The customer should first call Gefen Sports to confirm and explain why he, or she want to return the stringing machine.If on return found that the machine is damaged, or some parts or tools are missing, Gefen Sports will assess and deduct accordingly.

If paid by credit card the refund will be less 3% of the total sum paid.If paid by debit card, cash, cheque or money transfer the refund will be in full, less 10% deduction of the total sum paid, for invoicing, paper work, packaging and posting.

No refund for delivery and return expense.

If sent in error by Gefen Sports, full refund will be given.

Second Hand machines bought by customers by mail order without viewing, should take into cosideration that they are not perfect in appearance, with Scratches, Ink marks or Rust marks on certain steel screws or other steel parts, but that will not affect the quality and working order of these machines. Each second hand stringing machine is restored, calibrated and sold in very good working order with 5 years guarantee on all parts.
